Searching for Items

You may search for inventory items to be sold on a PO via a grid listing or the full inventory search.

Grid View

To access the grid view, from a blank line on a PO, press [F4].  You will now see a grid listing of all your inventory items.  To change the sort order, click on the heading for ID, Description or UPC.  You can search the grid by typing the first few characters in the Seek field.

Inventory Search

To access the same search options you have from the inventory screen, from a blank line on an invoice, press [Shift]+[F4].  Type in your search criteria and select Ok.  If there are more than one result, a grid listing of all matching items will appear.  Highlight the one you want and press [Enter].
