FTP Utility

Occassionally there will be a need for you to upload a file to our ftp site or downlaod one from it. This will usually be at the request of support personnel. To facilitate that, there is a utility that makes ftp transers to and from our ftp site easy.

This feature cannot be used to upload or download from any other ftp site.

From the main menu, select File FTP Utility. A window will open where you can select download or upload. If download, it prpmpts you for the name of the file to be downloaded from our ftp site and the location to save the file to. If upload it prompts you for the name of the file to uploaad to our ftp site.

You must have an internet connection to use this feature.
