Data Validation

Data validation is an important aspect in keeping your information accurate.  Quite simply, data validation means that certain fields will only accept certain values.  An attempt to put anything else in one of them will prevent you from leaving that field until you have entered a valid value.  Many of these fields will have drop down selection lists, radio button selections, date selectors, or spin buttons available.
