Touchscreen

Touchscreen operation is ONLY practical certain situations. It should only be used for front counter sales (not back office management) in situations where customers are not tracked, prices are largely fixed, and virtually all items are scanned (that will allow its use in most businesses).

When data entry is required, either the number pad or key pad will pop up (depending on your setup options). If key pad is selected and screen resolution is 600x800 only the actual key pad will display. If the screen resolution is higher than that, the key pad will have a number pad on the right (just like a standard full size keyboard).

Even if keypad is selected, on data that can only be numeric (like price, check number, etc.), only the number pad will pop up.
