Default Shipping Address

You can set a default alternate shipping address which will remain as the selected address unless you assign a new default. This address will be used anytime an invoice is created for this customer.

Setting a default does not mean you cannot ship to a different address. From an invoice you may select any of the addresses you have on file, and that will overwrite the default for that invoice only. When you are done with the invoice, the default is restored, ready for the next invoice.

With the correct address on screen, press [F5]. If you had previously set a default, its record number will be displayed in "Current Default." (If a default has never been set, it will be blank.)

The new default's record number will also be displayed.   Select Ok to accept the new default or Cancel to cancel.
