Technical Support

Technical support is available to all registered users either via support contract or on a per-call or per-incident basis. (Support is free for the first 30 days after you purchase new software or an upgrade.) Visit our website to view the current charges for technical support. The telephone numbers and e-mail addresses for support are available by selecting Help About from the Main Menu.


Remote Techical Assistance

If you have an internet connection, our technicians can remotely connect to your computer to assist with any issues. To start a remote session, select Help Remote Technician from the Main Menu. A screen will appear with an ID and a password. Give these to the technician when asked to allow access to your computer.
