Invoice Discount

Invoice discounts can be global or for a specific line item.

Items may be marked at the inventory screen as non-discountable. Any such item will not allow the application of a line item discount, nor will it be discounted when calculating a global discount.

Line Item Discount

To add a discount to a specific line item, press [F8] with the item selected. Line item discounts may be entered as a percentage or a dollar discount.

Global Discount

To add a global discount (on the whole invoice), press [F8] with no item selected. Global discounts may only be entered as a percentage.

Any item that has a line item discount applied to it will be excluded when calculating a global discount.
