Inventory Comments

You have the option of adding a line item comment to each inventory item that will print on just your invoices, just your purchase orders, or both. These comments may also be added or edited from an individual invoice or purchase order.

To add an inventory comment, select Inventory Inventory from the Main Menu.  You will then see the inventory screen. Locate the product.  (See Navigating Records.) Select Memo from the Toolbar.  

You then need to choose from Product Memo, Invoice Comment, PO Comment, or Add on Sales Prompt.  Highlight the one you want, and select Ok.

Type in the desired comment or memo and select Ok when done.
