The symbol for your secondary currency.

If you take currencies other than your primary currency, set this to Y.

The symbol for your primary currency. In the US, this would be $.

Select or click Ok to exit and save, or Cancel to exit without saving.

Setting this field to Y will prevent users from opening more than one copy of the software.

Your web address, e-mail or any other advertising line. If entered, this line will print on your invoices below your company name and address.

The default bottom comment that will print on billing statements.

An optional remittance address that will print on billing statements.

Determines if and how commission is paid. Set to P to pay commission as a percent of profit; set to S to pay commission as a percent of sale.

If your business operates past midnight, enter the time your "day" officially begins.

Note: Enter time based on a 24-hour clock.

If you operate a business that is 24 hours, or open after midnight and want the sales from after midnight to be counted in the previous day's cash drawer, enter the time you want your "day" to end. This should either be the time your business closes or whatever time you want to close out the register and start a new day.

Your company's telephone and fax numbers. These can be changed at any time without requiring new registration files.

Select System Utilities Setup Invoices Invoices from the Main Menu. You will then see the invoice options screen.

Click on or [Tab] to the field you wish to set and type in your desired setting. Continue setting your options in this manner. Select Ok when done to save your changes; or Cancel to abort and lose your changes.

You must EXIT the system in order for any setup changes to take effect. Additionally, if you are on a network and change shared settings, the other users will not get those settings until they exit the system as well.
