E-Mail Setup

Enter up to 5 additional e-mail addresses to receive blind copies of e-mails sent through your software.

Select or click Ok to exit and save, or Cancel to exit without saving.

In order to send invoices, POs, or statements, you must have a PDF printer driver installed. See PDF Driver Setup for more information.

Your point of sale software does NOT store e-mails it sends. Enter in an e-mail address to automatically receive blind copies if you want to keep a record of all e-mails sent. (You can enter up to 5 additional addresses, but clicking the BCC List button.)

Type in your reply to address. (This can be the same as your from, but it doesn't have to be.)

Type in your from e-mail address.

The password you established for this account to login to the SMTP server. (You will not be able to see this in your other e-mail software as it will appear as all ***** for security purposes - you have to know your password!)

The login ID used to login to the SMTP server. (You can probably find this by looking at the settings in your normal e-mail program.)

The name of the SMTP server you use for sending e-mail. (You can probably find this by looking at the settings in your normal e-mail program.)

You can e-mail invoices, statements,and purchase orders directly from your software.

You must have a PDF print driver installed on your computer. There are several free PDF creators available; Bullzip is included with your software.

To setup e-mail, select System Utilities Setup Workstation E-Mail from the Main Menu. You will see the e-mail setup screen.

Click on or [Tab] to the field you wish to set and type in your desired setting. Continue setting your options in this manner. Select Ok when done to save your changes; or Cancel to abort and lose your changes.

You must EXIT the system in order for any setup changes to take effect. The options you set here only affect the workstation you are at.
